The Tour SilverFit Mile is a competition between residential care homes in countries including the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany and the UK. During two consecutive weeks, residents cycle through the most beautiful and newest routes in Europe. Residents help decorating the rooms, there is theme music and other games are played alongside cycling. Will you win the Tour SilverFit Mile trophy this year? Date: edition 2025 is currently being planned.
